On the afternoon of April 3, the company held its Q1 2026 Employee Representative Forum in the second-floor conference room.
Chairman Liu Xiang, along with management representatives, joined employee representatives from various departments for an open and candid discussion — sharing perspectives like family.
During the session, employee representatives spoke openly about workplace environment, logistics support, career development, and corporate culture. They raised concerns and offered constructive suggestions — creating an atmosphere of honesty and engagement.
Management listened attentively, took notes, and responded on the spot to many of the issues raised.
Over the course of 90 minutes, participants spoke from the heart. The forum gave voice to ideas that are not always easy to express, and fostered greater mutual understanding.
Chairman Liu emphasized that every issue raised by employees — no matter how small — matters to the company. Each improvement, however incremental, contributes to the momentum that drives Yueling forward.
Logistical concerns such as cafeteria services and living conditions were addressed with immediate corrective actions assigned to relevant departments. For longer-term improvements, issues will be reviewed, categorized, and addressed in phases — with every piece of feedback acknowledged, followed up, and acted upon.
